We want every Seattle Creative Foundry experience to feel welcoming, easy, and fun. Because each workshop requires planning, materials, and preparation in advance, we ask that you review the following policies before registering.
Refunds
Workshop registrations are nonrefundable. We purchase supplies, prepare materials, and plan staffing based on registration, so we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or missed classes. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your ticket to someone else.
Class Cancellations
Our workshops are designed to be creative and social experiences. If a class does not meet the minimum number of participants needed to run, Seattle Creative Foundry may cancel or reschedule the workshop. If we cancel your class, you will have the option to transfer your registration to another available workshop or receive a full refund.
Photography and Video
We love capturing the creativity and connection that happen at our workshops. Seattle Creative Foundry may take photographs or videos during classes and events for use on our website, social media, email, and other marketing materials.
By registering, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to Seattle Creative Foundry using those images or recordings for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in photos or video, please let us know before the workshop begins and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Youth Workshops & Classes
We love capturing the creativity and connection that happen at our workshops. Seattle Creative Foundry may take photographs or videos during classes and events for use on our website, social media, email, and other marketing materials.
By registering, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to Seattle Creative Foundry using those images or recordings for promotional purposes. Transfers
Plans change. If you need to move your registration to another date of the same workshop, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled class. Transfers are subject to availability and requests made within 7 days of the workshop cannot be guaranteed.
Participation and Safety
Registrations are nonrefundable for guests who do not attend their scheduled workshop. Your spot, materials, and supplies are prepared specifically for you in advance.

By registering for a Seattle Creative Foundry workshop or event, you understand that participation in hands on creative activities may involve tools, materials, and equipment. You agree to follow instructions provided by Seattle Creative Foundry staff and assume responsibility for your participation.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Seattle Creative Foundry, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, and event partners from claims arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.
